We're gonna crop around the clock tonight... happy days are here again! RWS will be hosting back to back crops on April 18 & 19. Can you pull an all-nighter? If so, join us for the Friday night 7pm to 7 am crop. Can go all night long? Join us Saturday from 9am to 9pm. The cost for each crop is $35 and includes two meals (Friday includes dinner & breakfast, Saturday includes lunch & dinner).
Oh, did I mention it's a pajama party? Wear your jammies and get ready to crop til you drop! We will have games, door prizes, contests, and more! Contests include best fuzzy slippers and best one-page layout featuring the pajama party theme (can be anything relating to pajama parties). Participation in contests is optional, but should be really fun! Prizes and bragging rightw will be awarded.
Sign up starting Tuesday, March 25. Reservations will be taken by pre-payment only. We can accept credit/debit card payments via phone. You can also come by the store and pre-pay. We have 25 openings for each crop.
If the crop fills up, we will maintain a waiting list. In the event of a cancellation, persons on the waiting list will be contacted in order of sign-up. Pre-payment is expected at time of contact for those on the waiting list.
Please note, RWS will be open during normal business hours on Friday and Saturday. We do ask that pajama selection be family-friendly.
Children age 12 and older are welcome to particpate. Cost will be the same as adult.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the magnitude of this event, we have amended our regular crop policy. We do understand that unforeseen events happen; therefore, cancellations will be accepted (with full-refund) seven days prior to the event. There will be no refund for cancellations within seven days of the event.
